I make sure I check my email and Twitter first every morning.

What does your typical day look like?

My average day is always very busy, with things constantly being added to my FUA (don’t ask) task sheet.

Which app can’t you live without?

I’d have to say Sky Sports and Top 11.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Lots of sport – mostly running and going to the gym.

Jonathan Bird, because he is a very genuine, motivated and focused individual.

What is your favourite film?

Bloodsport — Jean Claude van Damme.

What TV show/s are you currently watching?

At the moment I’m watching Empire and Kitchen Rules.

What’s on your music playlist at the moment?

My music playlist currently has a bit of everything on it.

Outside of dating, which brand do you admire the most?

Nike, because they are always setting new standards for its industry.
