Which app or program do you check first thing in the morning?

The first thing I do is go to our admin dashboard and check all the KPI’s from the day before. Then scroll through our waiting list and screen some new registrations.

What does your typical day look like?

The morning starts with a Skype call with our development team in Kuala Lumpur. Then with the Event Manager we discuss all the parties & events that we have lined up. A few meetings, a (sometimes) healthy lunch and then a Skype chat with our London office. In the afternoon I work a lot with our advertising, PR and influencer agencies to keep the ball rolling.

Which app can’t you live without?

Feedly — for reading my favourite blogs and Slack — that we use with our team to collaborate.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Play tennis and check out new restaurants.

Who is your professional inspiration?

Markus Frind from Plenty of Fish, amazing how he built his business. Specially the part where he had already millions of users, was still working by himself and was traveling the world.

What is your favourite film?

True Romance.

What TV show/s are you currently watching?

Just finished Better Call Saul on Netflix, it’s a spin-off of Breaking Bad. The first three episodes will not blow you away but hang in there, it will become better.

What’s on your music playlist at the moment?

Moke, a Dutch band.

Outside of dating, which brand do you admire the most?

The Lonely Planet — the holy bible for all backpackers.

Who should we follow on Twitter?

Ricky Gervais.

Best advice you have received?

You started an exclusive online dating platform? Serious?

Do you have any productivity tips?

We have in our office a Baby Wall, a collection of all the baby cards we received from our members that have met. It reminds the team of the impact we have with The Inner Circle on people’s life.
