Which app or program do you check first thing in the morning?

The back-end admin panel that runs our mobile app.

What does your typical day look like?

Wake up at 7am, be at the office by 9am after a quick run. Make the day’s agenda until 10am, host a company-wide session to coordinate everyone’s efforts, deal with daily tasks until 12pm. Lunch break until 1pm. Work on brand communications (Twitter, push messages, newsletters, emails), visit one or two venues by 4pm. Back to the office for more customer-facing activities (focus on analytics) until 6pm. End the day with strategy-making activities and creative brainstorming.

Which app can’t you live without?

Citymapper! Takes me everywhere.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Trying new places & cocktails. Writing my thoughts (private posts). Escaping to the countryside or beach!

What is your professional inspiration?

To be the guy who brought the new old-fashioned way of dating back in the game.

What is your favourite film?

The Truman Show — because sometimes life feels like an orchestrated prank!

What TV show/s are you currently watching?

Netflix’s Orange Is The New Black. I love the female lead!

What’s on your music playlist at the moment?

Spotify Carry On, Steady On (ambient house music).

Outside of dating, which brand do you admire the most?

Airbnb, because they have a killer product and a sexy brand!

Best advice you have received?

When the market starts pulling you, be a leader and make sure you are heading towards your vision — not just where your customers want to take you!

Do you have any productivity tips?

Build a routine around yourself and others involved with your project. Just because you are self-employed doesn’t mean you can work at undefined hours!
