With recent guidance from the government to move to remote working and promote social distancing, we want to reassure our partners that there has been no impact on the level of service provided by our team. We’re remaining fully operational throughout these unprecedented times and will continue to support our partners’ growth and keep our members connected!
How we’re keeping connected
On Monday evening our dedicated team rushed into the office to collect the last of their belongings to ensure they could work as normal at home.
With employees spread across the world and working remotely we’re doing everything we can to stay connected. By scheduling morning, afternoon and daily team meetings via Google Hangouts and Slack, this means we’re always connected as a team to service our fantastic partners.
Our conversion rate is ever increasing!
Although this will be a very tough time for many B2C and B2B businesses, we’re thrilled to see our award-winning platform remain stable with both registrations and conversions growing as a result of more people being at home and online.
The graph below represents same-day and 3-day conversion rates increasing across our Casual network since the announcement of COVID-19. We can see a drop in conversion in early March when the pandemic was becoming increasingly talked about across the media. Naturally, people’s search trends would have gone elsewhere in the heat of the moment and dating may not have been, rightfully, on their mind – that’s just a reality. But we’re now seeing that people have reached a new norm with interests turning back to dating and people looking for entertainment online.
