Tips On Getting The Best Out Of Instagram’s New Algorithm

After Facebook’s announcement that it was changing the order of content on its news feed, Instagram also revealed it was following suit by showing posts it feels will be most relevant and useful first.

In light of this, a recent article by Convenience and Convert looks at five top ways to ensure your posts get seen first, taking examples from some of the most successful businesses and brands that use the app.

The article suggests that in order to optimise your chances of getting seen on Instagram, you need to be inspiring with the visuals that you post and give users a call to action to engage with your content.

It also suggests that content should be “bite sized” to make your posts quick and easy to access, as well as showing a sense of immediacy, such as behind-the-scenes snaps and sneak peaks.
