CiaoYou Gives Encounters A Second Chance
CiaoYou is a new app that wants to bring together people who made a real-life connection, but didn’t swap details.
Whether it was on the tube or in a bar, users can post the location, time and a few details of the encounter.
The app will then match up these posts automatically, if the details align.
Once a connection has been made, private messages can be exchanged.
Wanting to give you the “opportunity for that elusive second chance”, CiaoYou is an expanded version of things like Metro’s Rush-Hour Crush section, or app Love@Tube, which look to connect enamoured commuters.
