FROM THE WEB: New Yorkers Use UberPool As Blind Dating App

Uber’s car-sharing service is becoming one of New York’s most popular dating apps, according to a recent article.

Earlier this week, the New York Post reported that the company’s ride-share service, UberPool is being used by singles as a way to meet potential love interests as they travel.

And although many members of the public were apprehensive about the idea of car sharing, UberPoll is now receiving significant use.

During one week in October, almost 50,000 passengers used the UberPool service.
