Tinder Debuts Another Exclusive Song, This Time By Country Star Luke Bryan

Tinder

Tinder is continuing its love affair with the music world, debuting another exclusive track on the dating app.

The dating phenomenon has already premiered a new Jason Derulo song, along with selling EDM musician Zedd’s album at a reduced price, and is now turning its attentions to the world of country music.

Tinder has the world premiere of country star Luke Bryan’s new track, Kill The Lights, which will appear on the app at 9am ET.

It comes in the form of a branded profile, that includes photos of Bryan and an in-app video where he explains how fans can watch the new video.

Tinder users can then click the banners to get exclusive access to the lyric video for the title track for Bryan’s new album.

And Tinder has this exclusive access to Bryan’s new track for four whole days, before the song goes live on iTunes on August 4th.

Fans will also get the chance to pre-order Luke’s latest album, Kill The Lights, which is out August 7th.

Speaking about the partnership, Bryan said: “Tinder is the hottest social platform for meeting new people. That’s why I thought my title track for Kill The Lights would be perfect to premiere exclusively on the app before it comes out next Friday, August 7th.

“I’m happily married and not on Tinder but I hope my fans on Tinder enjoy the song – and if they’re not on Tinder, now’s the chance.”

Luke Bryan has had 12 number ones, and sold 7.5m albums and 30m digital tracks, over the course of his four album career.

Earlier in the year, Tinder co-founder Sean Rad said engagement for promoted profiles on Tinder was normally around 25%, although its Bud Light video ad saw an incredibly increased rate of engagement.

This video promotion was launched in April, and contained a video invitation to apply for Budweiser’s #UpForWhatever campaign – which transforms a US town into party location Whatever, USA, for one “weekend of a lifetime.”

Tinder also recently announced plans to feature Calvin Klein’s new sexting-inspired ad campaign on the app later this year.
