CougarD Reaches 12 MillIon Users
Cougar dating platform CougarD has surpassed 12 million users, recording a 70% year-over-year increase in sign-ups. The platform shared that it has over 1 million daily users, 89% of whom are based in North America and Europe.
These impressive numbers are made even more significant because of the economic difficulties that many countries and societies face.
However, CougarD’s CEO Anna Fleszer explained that “in times of economic uncertainty, the need for companionship becomes even more pronounced, with partners increasingly sharing expenses”.
It also credits its increased user statistics to the new features it launched over the past 12 months, including filters for potential matches that are nearby, online, and verified.
In the third quarter of 2023, the cougar dating platform saw a 117% year-over-year rise in average monthly active users, reaching around 8.7 million.
