eHarmony CEO Grant Langston recently spoke about the state of the online dating industry and how he plans to improve eHarmony and increase user satisfaction in an interview with Business Insider.
As a relationship-focused product, eHarmony has always steered clear of the swipe culture, instead focusing on its personality questionnaire and marketing efforts.
