A brand new app, LegalFling, has been launched to make consensual sex not just consensual, but legally consensual.
The idea came about when the Swedish government decided that explicit consent was necessary before intercourse proceeded.
LegalFling users are able to request consent from any of their contacts within their phone. They request consent on the app, and also choose what they are happy to do and what they aren’t.
The app asks the user if they consent to BDSM, approving of photos or videos being taken, and even asks to verify whether the user has a STD or not.

LegalFling has it embedded within its agreement that if a user does change their mind midway through intercourse, there is an exception and a revoke consent option.
If they don’t revoke the consent on the app despite changing their mind, then there is a danger that the contract could be used as evidence for acquitting a suspect.
LegalFling’s aim for the app is for people to gain explicit consent to have a good time and to avoid any mistakes or regrets.
