S’More Hosts Virtual Cooking Classes With ‘The Kookoo Club’
S’More has announced that it is launching a partnership with virtual cooking startup The Kookoo Club, to offer users cooking lessons with Michelin-Star chefs.
The classes will be free for all S’More’s premium members, including those that are just testing the upgrades. Daters can also add a plus one to their class to use it as an intimate virtual date.
There’s a tailored schedule of sessions, with chefs from US-based restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park, Momofuku Ko, and Del Posto.
Adam Cohen Aslatei, CEO of S’More, said in a statement: “There are so many amazing chefs across the country and Kookoo Club is giving them a new opportunity to monetize their time and connect with food lovers at-scale.
“Food and dating go hand-in-hand, and S’More daters have been asking for news ways to connect virtually through fun activities- and what could be more fun than this!”
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way online dating users are interacting and S’More responded to this by introducing a live video call feature.
The update makes each users’ video blurred for the first two minutes of the conversation so they can feel comfortable getting to know each other.
