S’More Introduces ‘Unblur Meter’ and Updated Home Screen
‘Anti-superficial dating app S’More has launched a couple of new features, including an Unblur Meter, and a new home screen to host more discussions between singles.
In an effort to drive a higher volume of quality conversations, the Unblur Meter shows exactly what each participant in a conversation must do in order to view the pictures and unlock all other visual content on the profile.
The app also added an Unblur percentage counter onto all profiles, and a one-touch button to instantly send a message.
Adam Cohen Aslatei, CEO of S’More, said in a statement: “S’More introduced a completely new mechanic to millions of daters, who were seeking more meaningful connections, but explaining how to unblur a person was a bit of a challenge.
“Our new Unblur meter simplifies the process, and adds more intrigue and excitement to the conversation. The perfect feature for the holiday season! And we are already seeing an uptick in new chats.”
S’More also launched an all-new home screen which encourages love-seekers to send the first message, and then check their daily horoscopes for relationship advice and tips.
Over 20% of S’More users check their horoscopes daily, but with the inclusion of a calendar feature, the volume of daters that check it is expected to quickly scale.
The new home screen also features colour coded tabs for faster and easier access to app content.
Earlier this month, S’More launched its sixth city, Dallas, which has become its third most popular city.
