Snap Interactive Appoints Blockchain Pioneer and President of NEM Foundation
Yesterday, SNAP Interactive, Inc announced that it has appointed a globally recognised blockchain pioneer and innovator, Lon Wong, to its Blockchain Advisory Board.
Wong will be advising the company on its strategic development of blockchain initiatives as SNAP extends the growth and value creation potential of this emergent technology.
Mr Wong is currently the President of the international NEM.io Foundation Ltd. which develops, educates and promotes the NEM blockchain technology platform on an international scale.
The foundation is endorsed by an international network, with a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship, IT, business processes, trading, property, asset development and international management.
Wong said: “It is an honour to be invited to join SNAP’s Blockchain Advisory Board. SNAP’s move into the blockchain space brings many opportunities to apply the technology effectively to new secure live video solutions and I look forward to working together.”

Previously, SNAP also announced that it had appointed Wall Street cryto expert and venture veteran Lou Kerner to its Blockchain Advisory Board.
