The platform’s previous system relied heavily on past interactions, profile data, skills, geography, and in-app behavior to rank feed items. While effective, it often lagged in reflecting users’ evolving professional priorities. The new LLM-based ranking architecture addresses this by interpreting content semantically – recognizing nuanced connections that keyword matching might miss.
The intended benefits include:
