Match Group Appoints Manuel Bronstein and Raina Moskowitz to Board
Match Group has announced that seasoned technology leaders Manuel Bronstein and Raina Moskowitz are expected to join its Board of Directors at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The additions follow a deliberate search process aimed at bolstering expertise in product innovation, user engagement, and marketplace growth.
Bronstein brings extensive product leadership experience. He served as Chief Product Officer at Roblox from 2021 to 2025, overseeing product, design, data science, partnerships, and operations. During his tenure, Roblox scaled from approximately $2 billion in bookings to over $6 billion and more than tripled daily active users. Before Roblox, Bronstein held senior roles at Alphabet (Google), leading Google Assistant and YouTube product management, as well as earlier positions at Zynga and Microsoft Xbox. He currently advises Roblox, serves on The New York Times Company board, and invests in tech startups.
Moskowitz adds deep marketplace and consumer operations expertise. She is CEO and board member of The Knot Worldwide (a global platform for celebrations) since 2025. Previously, as Chief Operating and Marketing Officer at Etsy, she drove strategy, global operations, marketing, and customer experience, tripling Gross Merchandise Volume. Earlier, she led U.S. consumer marketing at American Express. Moskowitz has served on Sprout Social’s board and currently sits on Tech:NYC’s board.
Chairman Thomas J. McInerney stated: “Manuel has deep product expertise and experience driving scale and user engagement… Raina brings extensive experience leading and growing global, consumer-driven marketplace businesses while strengthening brand trust and customer loyalty.
”CEO Spencer Rascoff added that “Manuel and Raina are two of the smartest operators in consumer technology. Their experience building and scaling category-defining platforms will be invaluable as we deepen our focus on delivering thoughtful, user-first experiences across our portfolio.”
The appointments coincide with board transitions: Sharmistha Dubey will not stand for re-election, and Pamela Seymon will step down effective at the 2026 Annual Meeting. With Bronstein and Moskowitz, Match Group will have added six new directors over the past two years.
