Viral Star Haliey Welch Launches ‘Pookie Tools’ Dating App
Social media personality Haliey Welch has just launched her new dating app, Pookie Tools, inspired by her own relationship journey and named after her mysterious boyfriend, whom she calls “Pookie.” Originally just a minimum-wage factory worker, Welch was propelled into the spotlight after her viral “Hawk Tuah” street interview, leading her to accidentally become a viral creator on platforms like Instagram and her own podcast Talk Tuah.
Pookie Tools is meant to be a more playful approach to AI-driven dating assistant features, from conventional options like chat suggestions and date ideas to a height idetector and baldnesss predictor. It provides all of the same features as many other AI tool suites, but is deiberately constructed to help boost connections and improve conversations rather than just being a way to streamline the early stage of the dating process.
Welch, who gained major attention earlier this year with her podcast Talk Tuah, hopes Pookie Tools will give singles a supportive “sidekick” in the dating world, encouraging more authentic connections without the hassle of traditional dating apps. In a statement about the new release, she made it clear that she was giving users “new cheat codes for navigating dating with confidence”, and that the point was to help them “find (their) own ‘Pookie’ and hopefully love them forever!”
Pookie Tools can be downloaded through the App Store and offers several subscription options with a three-day free trial for new users. Given that the new app launched so recently, it is still in the very early stages of growth where there are few reviews or articles about how well it works – but Welch’s popularity means that it might see an explosion of new users within the next few weeks.
