ParshipMeet Group Appoints Justin Zinck as New CFO

ParshipMeet Group, the operator of major European online dating platforms including Parship, ElitePartner, and eDarling, has named Justin Zinck as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective February 2026.

Zinck joins from HelloFresh, where he spent the last six years in progressively senior finance leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Senior Director Finance for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), where he was responsible for scaling finance operations, driving profitability improvements, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives during a period of rapid international expansion for the meal-kit company.

The company highlighted Zinck’s proven ability to build high-performing finance and operations teams and to deliver profitable growth in complex, fast-moving businesses. In a statement shared on LinkedIn, ParshipMeet Group welcomed Zinck and noted his participation in the company’s recent PMG KickOff event, where he introduced himself to colleagues across the organization.

ParshipMeet Group is one of Europe’s largest dedicated online dating businesses, with a portfolio of brands targeting different demographics and relationship goals. The company has previously focused on product innovation (such as personality-based matching algorithms and video-first features) and geographic expansion while navigating post-pandemic shifts in user behavior and increased competition from global players and niche apps.

Zinck’s background in consumer subscription businesses and cross-border scaling is expected to support ParshipMeet Group’s efforts to strengthen financial discipline, optimize marketing spend, and pursue sustainable growth in a market where many dating platforms have reported pressure on profitability and user retention.
