This is where chat bots can prove useful.

Usually integrated into already existing apps, chat bots let companies talk directly to consumers, offering a more convenient and personalised one-on-one experience.

But a recent article on TechCrunch has questioned whether or not the emergence of things like chat bots and artificial intelligence systems is benefiting or hindering us as a society.

Liraz Margalit from Clicktale says such communication tools could potentially have “profound psychological ramifications”, with consumers becoming sessioned into perceiving conversations in a certain way.
