Founder Of Foxsy Details Insights From Facebook’s Latest Messenger Platform Update

Last week, Facebook launched version 1.4 of its Messenger Platform, which brought a range of new tools and functions for bot developers.

The most significant updates came with the introduction of a “persistent menu” to give bots a website feel, as well as new sharing options.

For a recent blog post on Chatbot News Daily, Jin Tanaka, the founder & CEO of Foxsy, a social matchmaking chatbot we recently profiled, ran through the various changes, looking at what version 1.4 means for bot developers, complete with visual examples.

As Tanaka says, the Foxsy team has been testing and playing around with the updates, and wanted to share their insights with the bot developer community.
