A new in-app poll on Tinder is promoting the release of a new sleep advice book by giving users the chance to find out whether they are getting a good night’s sleep.

The popular dating app is now offering singles the option to take part in the Sleep Revolution quiz, which will tell them whether they are a “Sleep Champion or Sleep Amateur”.

The poll is being used to promote a new book by The Huffington Post co-founder and editor-in-chief Arianna Huffington, which offers insights into the importance of sleep and how it can influence all aspects of our day-to-day lives.

Published in April, the book, titled The Sleep Revolution: Transforming Your Life, One Night at a Time, looks inside the scientific study of sleep, and the consequences it has on our health, job performance, relationships and happiness.

Using the hashtag #SleepRevolution on Twitter, Tinder and Huffington have been reaching out to users to promote the quiz, which appears when singles swipe through matches in the app.

Earlier this week, Tinder’s parent company The Match Group shared its financial results for Q1 of 2016, beating revenue expectations and revealing that 1m singles are now paying for Tinder.

The company’s results showed it had achieved a revenue increase of 21%, which was led by a 24% increase in its dating revenue.
