David Minns, founder of BIG One and a notable figure in niche dating, has taken another step towards promoting body positivity with a new “Cucumber Date” concept. Based loosely on the Pineapple-gate technique used in Spain (where placing a pineapple upside-down in a shopping trolley signals availability during 7pm to 8pm “hookup times”), the idea is to hold a cucumber with one hand to signify that you have an above-average penis size.

Minns, known for his innovative approaches to dating, developed the concept to add levity to the often stressful dating scene.
