Fox Hunters Club Launches ‘Summer of Love’ in Washington DMV
Fox Hunters Club, a niche dating app focused on millennial women seeking committed and non-transactional relationships with Gen X and older men, has announced its expansion into the Washington Metropolitan Area (DMV) with a launch date of May 26, 2026. The app, founded by celebrity journalist Brownie Marie, debuted in New York City in April 2024 and expanded to the Greater Philadelphia Area in August 2025.
The DMV rollout will include charitable and community-focused activities, building on the app’s previous launch strategy. For the holiday season, Fox Hunters Club donated to United Way of the National Capital Area to support ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families. The summer launch will feature giveaways and “date nights on us” across the region, branded as a “Summer of Love” to encourage intentional, in-person connections.
Brownie Marie, the app’s founder, emphasized the platform’s mission to challenge stereotypes around age-gap dating: “Since the inception of Fox Hunters Club, I’ve challenged the ‘sugar baby’ stereotype and the notion that the worth of a man over 45 is tied to his finances. Fox Hunters Club is for independent, millennial women who desire a healthy relationship with a loving, emotionally available man. I encourage women to step outside of their comfort zone if they are ready for love.”
Fox Hunters Club is available on iOS and Android in its current markets and will extend access to the DMV upon launch. As a specialised platform with a paticular niche audience in mind, Fox Hunters Club falls into a growing list of platforms that are finding success because of their niche focus – a trend that has been especially as a portion of users move away from conventional dating platforms to fulfil their specific wants and partnership needs.
