Geoff Cook Joins Paltalk’s Board of Directors
Palktalk Inc has announced that Geoff Cook has joined its Board of Directors. The Co-Founder and former CEO of The Meet Group will be sitting on the company’s board to support the growth of its platforms Palktalk, Camfrog, ManyCam, Tinychat, and Vumber.
Palktalk Inc operates a number of multimedia social platforms, serving nearly half a billion users worldwide. Its platforms Palktalk, Camfrog, ManyCam, and Tinychat revolve around video chat capabilities.
Geoff Cook oversaw the development of a number of successful dating and social apps during his time at The Meet Group. After leaving ParshipMeet Group earlier this year, he has been serving as the CEO of digital health platform Noom.
Jason Katz, Chairman and CEO of Paltalk, commented: “We are thrilled to have Geoff join our board of directors at this time, as we embark on further advancing our business both organically and acquisitively”.

Cook was also appointed to serve as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the board of directors and the Strategic Transactions Committee of the board of directors.
