Which app or program do you check first thing in the morning?

The first thing I check is my email. I check the daily revenue report which comes through overnight and see if I have anything to action from our CEO, Ross Williams – he’s normally up really early!

What does your typical day look like?

I get up at 6:30am and head straight to the gym. I’m in work for 8am. As soon as I get in, I go over the revenue figures and stats from the previous day to see how we’re doing. Our development team start work at around 9am so I check they have everything they need and look over any work they want to put online.

I will then start sorting through our next projects  and write the specifications. At various points throughout the day, I check in with the finance and customer service teams to ensure everyone knows what’s going on and to see if there is anything that needs to be ironed out.

Which app can’t you live without?

Facebook is the main way that I keep in touch with people. I also use Viber a lot, as it allows me to make calls for free to anyone, anywhere in the world!

What do you like to do in your free time?

Work some more! Aside from that, I enjoy watching and playing american football – I support the Seattle Seahawks so I watch their games regularly. I also enjoy travelling, particularly in America, but unfortunately I don’t have a lot of time to do it.

Who is your professional inspiration?

Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla. If someone tells him something can’t be done, he’ll go away and prove them wrong.

What is your favourite film?

Shawshank Redemption – it’s a classic.

What TV show/s are you currently watching?

I’ve just finished watching American Horror Story but I love programmes like House of Cards and Breaking Bad.

What’s on your music playlist at the moment?

I don’t really have much time to make music playlists so I rely upon Spotify suggestions.

Outside of dating, which brand inspires you the most?

It’s going to have to be Tesla again. They turned a product that was seen as laughable into something aspirational.

Best advice you have received?

When I first met Ross, I pitched an idea to him and asked him to sign an NDA. He laughed to himself and said, “you’ll realise one day that these things don’t matter – it’s all about the execution”.

Do you have any productivity tips?

I make a lot of to do lists and try to make sure I stick to them. Evernote is a great app as it syncs across devices so it’s always with you.
