Aisle Implements Money Back Guarantee as It Marks 12 Years

Aisle, an Indian dating app focused on intentional relationships, has reached its 12th year of operation – and has launched a Money Back Guarantee program for select paid subscriptions.

The initiative is currently available on Android and will soon launch on iOS. Eligible users who purchase qualifying plans, actively engage on the platform, and do not receive a valid match within 30 days may request a refund, subject to the program’s eligibility criteria.

According to a 2025 YouGov India survey cited by the company, 58% of dating app users in the country are seeking serious, long-term relationships. Aisle positions the guarantee as a response to user concerns about the effectiveness of paid features in facilitating meaningful connections.

Chandni Gaglani, Executive Vice President and Head of Aisle, stated that the program aims to provide greater confidence to users investing in the platform. She noted that while the company cannot guarantee relationships, it seeks to support sincere users through transparency and user-focused features. “While dating has evolved significantly, one thing has remained constant, that people are looking for trust, authenticity and meaningful connections. As we celebrate this milestone, the Money Back Guarantee is our way of reinforcing that commitment.”

Aisle has evolved over the past 12 years to serve users interested in more intentional dating experiences rather than casual interactions. The dating app sector in India continues to see demand for platforms emphasizing compatibility and serious intent, particularly among users in their 20s and 30s – and this new guarantee removes the “what if nobody matches with me?” barrier to entry that may have kept many singles from committing to a subscription on the platform.
