Comedian Aziz Ansari is heading out on a US tour in support of his new book Modern Romance.

For the book, Ansari teamed up with NYU sociologist Eric Klinenberg, embarking on a two year research project about the topic of modern dating.

They interviewed singles and studied dating customs in cities like New York, Paris and Tokyo, as well as speaking to top academics from fields including sociology, anthropology and economics.

There have been excellent excerpts published online, which show that Ansari’s first book is much more than just a comedic look at dating, but contains solid analysis and theories on the modern dating landscape.

And now Ansari is heading out on a book tour for Modern Romance, with 10 dates scheduled across the US.

The comedian will be joined by a special guest moderator in each city, and you get a free copy of the book with each ticket.
