Dating Factory Hire Jenny Gonzalez As VP of Sales & Marketing


Dating Factory have hired Jenny Gonzalez as their new VP of Sales & Marketing.

Gonzalez is well-known in the industry and specialises in affiliate marketing, branding and sales.

In her new global role, Gonzalez will be tasked with leading campaigns designed to increase the profitability of partner deals, and the market share of the white label provider.

Dating Factory CEO Tanya Fathers, who Gonzalez will report to, said: “With Jenny joining our team, we feel extremely confident that she will help take our partners’ performance to the next level.

“We have seen her approach and philosophy over the last few years and how it matches ours and have determined that she would be a perfect fit for our ever-growing team.

Gonzalez joins Dating Factory after two years at Love Revenue, where she grew the dating affiliate program to launch in 2013.

Prior to this she was head of European marketing for Texas-based Interactive Life Forms – the parent company of the Fleshlight brand – and handled international marketing at Intermax Group.

Gonzalez said: “Tanya and I have sat together on so many dating panels over the years, often with her covering white label and private label dating site creation and myself covering branding and affiliate marketing.

“I am thrilled to be joining the ranks with a company clearly at the forefront in the dating industry.”
