FROM THE WEB: Watch The Advert For A New Spoof Dating Site

An advert for a new spoof dating site has started to circulate on the Internet, with many singles calling for it to be made into a real website.

Created by Erwin Street, the joke site Settling.com promises to “set you up with someone – anyone” purely because its “better than nothing”.

The video ad demonstrates Settling.com’s philosophy, using three couples to act out some of the common signs of a failed match.

The advert is a clear parody of previous adverts to have come out of the dating industry, with a particular likeness to past adverts released by popular dating site eHarmony.

So far, the video has over 14,000 views on YouTube.
