The fast-growing incubator, which focuses particularly on marketing and dating technology products, will now offer investment and support to the coaching agency, as it looks to further improve the quality and reach of its services.
The deal was exclusively announced at GDI’s first European conference in Amsterdam earlier this month, after which Love Systems CEO Derek Comeau gave a talk about whether date coaching and lifestyle products can work together with online dating services.
Founded in 2006, Love Systems owns a range of dating and lifestyle services designed to offer advice to single professional men over the age of 25, including e-books, video courses and live training.
Commenting on its latest acquisition, Agile Wings CMO Sam Van Campenhout said: “Love Systems is a great acquisition for Agile Wings.

Comeau added: “We’re in the business of changing lives. The expertise and resources that Agile Wings provides will allow us to expand to a global scale.”
This purchase marks the firm’s second big acquisition within the dating sector in the past six months, after it acquired white label leader Dating Factory last year.
