Bindr Joins AlphaLab Accelerator 2024 Cohort
Bindr, the LGBTQIA+ dating app, has joined the AlphaLab accelerator program cohort for 2024. The partnership brings a host of growth-enabling resources, including an infusion of external investment.
Based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the accelerator program is known for nurturing tech startups. Joining AlphaLab’s 2024 cohort doesn’t just represent the next chapter in its growth, but also the platform’s first external investment.
Looking ahead, Bindr looks to build upon its strong organic growth and incorporate new elements including enhanced matchmaking algorithms, offline events and meetups, and more advanced security measures.
Future plans for Bindr also include having a stronger presence at Pride events, exploring paid marketing strategies, and further innovation.

Mary Richardson will be speaking at the upcoming Global Dating Insights New York Conference on the 20th March 2024 on the panel ‘Balancing Fluid Sexuality with Dating App UI / UX’.
