Bumble Announces Instagram Integration in User Profiles

Bumble has integrated Instagram into its user profiles.

Bumble users can now opt-in to allow potential matches to scroll through their Instagram feed by clicking through the Bumble app.

Users can connect their Instagram account to their profile and 24 recent photos from their Instagram feed will be displayed at the bottom.

The new feature is now available on iOS and Android.

How do I connect my Instagram account to my profile?

To connect your Instagram account to your Bumble profile, you’ll complete the following:

  • Go to the “Edit Profile” menu for your Bumble Date or Bumble BFF profile
  • Select the “Connect your Instagram” option
  • Go through the authorization process and grant “Bumble” access to your Instagram profile
  • After updating, the latest 24 photos from your Instagram feed will be displayed at the bottom of your profile

 Can I pick which photos are displayed?

No, users cannot pick which photos are displayed on their profile.

 How many photos from my Instagram feed will be displayed?

A total of 24 photos are pulled in from your Instagram feed.

Can another Bumble user access my Instagram profile information?

No, users cannot see another user’s Instagram handle. Separately, we do not link to a user’s Instagram profile.

Can I also connect my Instagram account to my BFF profile? Bizz Profile?

You can connect a single Instagram account to be displayed on your Bumble Date and/or Bumble BFF profile. Instagram integration is not currently available in Bumble Bizz.

Can I connect multiple Instagram accounts to my different Bumble profiles?

Users can only connect a single Instagram account to their Bumble Date and/or Bumble BFF profile.
