eHarmony Promote Another Elevated Careers Architect Dr. Steve Carter
eHarmony has just promoted another of Elevated Careers’ architects, Dr. Steve Carter.
Dr. Carter was part of eHarmony’s original team, and is now responsible for leading the development of the brand’s data science for both its dating product and new job matching service.
And the executive has now been made Chief Scientist of eHarmony, after helping to adapt the dating brand’s compatibility algorithm for use on Elevated Careers.
Speaking about his work, founder & CEO Dr. Neil Clark Warren said: “Steve was able to adapt the compatibility science that he helped develop for eHarmony to a new set of relationships between a job seeker and an employer.
“The resulting product, Elevated Careers, is transformative for the company and the career industry. Steve’s experience and expertise are unparalleled in the online dating and careers industries and we are so pleased to announce his promotion.”
Yesterday, eHarmony also promoted another of Elevated Careers’ leaders, Dan Erickson, to VP of the product.
Before joining eHarmony as a founding team member in 1999, Dr. Carter conducted research on life-span development and complex problem solving at the University of Southern California.
Since then, he has held roles including Product Manager, Director of Research and Development & Vice President of Matching.
