Hubpeople Is Now Powering Warehouse Dating’s Portfolio With New Strategic Partnership
Warehouse Dating has just announced that Hubpeople will now power the technology behind its portfolio of online dating sites.
The two dating providers revealed the plans for the new strategic partnership today.
Warehouse Dating is a Guildford-based company founded by Jonathan Bird that runs sites like Singles Warehouse, Star Trek Dating & Online Dating University.
Speaking about the move to Hubpeople, managing director Jonathan Bird said: “We really liked a lot of the features that the latest generation Hubpeople platform brought from a customer conversion and retention standpoint, and also that they had the reliability and scalability to manage our portfolio of over 4,000 dating properties.
“In addition we felt they had a great team in place to help us migrate quickly and grow rapidly.”
The partnership news comes just months after Hubpeople reported it had doubled its workforce in the Isle of Man in May this year.
The company said the growth in its workforce had come as a direct result of the increasing demand for online dating services around the world, as well its close work developing a successful e-Business strategy with the Isle of Man’s Department of Economic Development.
Talking about the partnership with Warehouse Dating, HubPeople CEO Michael O’Sullivan said: “The collaboration with Warehouse Dating affirms the investment made over the years on our platform, ensuring that we are able to provide a high performing, reliable and flexible technology to our partners.
“We set up a dedicated team to provide a flawless transition, allowing us to migrate hundreds of unique sites each week.
“This a credit to both the efficiency of our team and the capability of our platform, and the dedication of the staff at Warehouse Dating to get this delivered in such a short space of time.”
