LGBTQ Social App TAIMI Welcomes Five Millionth User
TAIMI has surpassed another milestone as it welcomed its five millionth member this week. The LGBTQ global community has active users in 45 countries worldwide.
Launched in 2017, TAIMI was first introduced as a startup dating app for gay men, but in 2019 it migrated to focus more on being a social platform for the entire LGBTQ community.
TAIMI is committed promoting freedom of speech, spreading the message of love and fighting against homophobia.
It was founded by Alex Pasykov, who is also responsible for the fast-growing dating app Hily.
Pasykov said in a statement: “Every user is tremendously important to TAIMI, especially during these difficult times around the world.
“It is very important for us to give everyone the ability to stay connected, to share the news, to meet new people from all corners. 5 million users is a testament to the strength of not only our product but also LGBTQI+ people all over the globe.”
Under the current circumstances, TAIMI is taking the responsibility of informing its user base about the most recent and reliable information about how to stay safe and stem the global spread of coronavirus.
