Sam Yagan, co-founder of the dating website OkCupid has bought a new house in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighbourhood.
The internet entrepreneur paid $3.95m for the 7,500 square-foot brick complex.
Yagan is moving into the property, which has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, with his wife, Jessica Droste Yagan.
The 1913 home has only had three owners prior and is the highest price paid for a home in the area since October 2013.
Jessica Yagan is the CEO of venture capital fund, Impact Engine, which focuses on startups with both a financial and social mission.
Sam Yagan co-founded OkCupid and went on to be CEO of Match Group.
He is now the CEO of e-commerce company Shoprunner and also runs venture fund Corazon Capital.
