Spark Networks Announces Jdate & Christian Mingle International Expansion
This week, Spark Networks announced that Jdate and Christian Mingle have both expanded services, languages and local market support throughout Europe.
The expansions are due to user demand and are part of a broader initiative to further enable the global Jewish and Christian communities to try connect, communicate and find partners in their native language.
Jdate has now expanded its language features and is available in German and Spanish, as well as English, Hebrew and French.
Christian Mingle is also now available in French, Spanish and German, in addition to English.
Both platforms will also be rolling out Polish and Russian language and local supports in the next few months.
Jeronimo Folgueira, CEO of Spark Networks said: “Jdate and Christian Mingle are undoubtedly the go-to resources when looking for love in Jewish and Christian communities, respectively, when looking for love, and we’re so eager to expand the platforms to serve a global audience.
“As these brands continue to grow, it is our commitment to ensure that anyone looking for love is able to connect in a simple way, in the language they feel most comfortable with. We’ll be expanding to other countries and languages soon and are very excited for what’s next.”
GDI recently interviewed Bea Slater, a 90-year-old great-grandmother, and the face of Jdate. We discussed the campaigns she was featured in, found out if she is due to work with Jdate again, and got her take on how she thinks dating has changed with the rise of technology.
