Spark Networks to Present at Virtual Canaccord Genuity Growth Conference

Spark Networks has announced that representatives will be participating in the Canaccord Genuity Growth Conference.

The 40th annual installment of the event is taking place virtually from 11th-13th August. It brings together investors, financial leaders and entrepreneurs from a variety of industries for popular presentations and networking opportunities.

Canaccord Genuity, a Vancouver-based investment banking company, usually hosts the event in Boston, Massachusetts and focuses on growth and development.

Spark Networks has also filed its 2019 Annual Report with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The document contains all of the dating company’s audited consolidated financial statements.

It published its annual financial report at the end of April which showed a full-year total revenue of €149.1 million, an increase of 44% since 2018.

The Berlin-based company has seen its share price rise by just over 16% since before the results were announced. Its market cap currently sits at $89 million.
