Tinder Office Perks Highlighted in LA Workplace Rankings
Built in LA has ranked Tinder as the 18th best midsize company to work for in Los Angeles this year.
The dating leader offers employees a range of benefits, including unlimited vacation and paid volunteer time.
There are “free daily meals”, “fitness subsidies”, “beer on tap”, and a games room, as well as tuition fee reimbursement and relocation assistance.
Jeffery Strauss, Senior Manager of IT Operations, says: “There exists a constant drive toward excellence through rigorous exchange of ideas and open, constructive communication that has helped me grow personally and professionally.
“The snack bins are also on point.”
Community Support Analyst Haley Dries adds: “I love working at Tinder! (…) I know that everyone at our company truly cares about what they do and makes significant contributions everyday.”
It loses out to Headspace, ranked 11th, and games publisher Scopely, ranked 9th. 1st ranked was consumer web and ecommerce brand Honey.
Bumble has attracted headlines for its Austin HQ in the past; the office grants employees free beauty treatments and features a nursing room.
