White Label Dating have continued their US push by partnering with a Californian radio network.
The UK-based dating service provider teamed up with Redwood Empire Stereocasters, a network based in Sonoma County, California, which owns KJZY, KZST, KWVF and KTRY.
Creating RES’s first partnered dating site, SonomaCountyDating.com, they have seen 10% of the network’s listeners sign up since launch last December.
White Label Dating COO and co-founder, Steve Pammenter, said:
“The US online dating landscape, whilst mature in some areas, is sparse when it comes to niche dating.
“As a result, there are plenty of opportunities for new entrants to the marketplace.
“The four stations in the Redwood group already offer listeners a broadcasting experience tailored to their localization and musical interests, meaning they were well positioned to offer online dating to their loyal consumers.”
Tom Skinner, VP and General Manager at Redwood Empire Stereocasters, said:
“We were looking for an additional revenue stream that would fit seamlessly into place across all of our radio brands.
“White Label Dating and the customizable localization options offered by their platform made it an easy decision to launch a dating site with them as quickly as possible.”
Sonoma County has a population of around 480,000.
