Which app or program do you check first thing in the morning?

After CheekyBoo, it has to be Twitter as I like to know what’s been going on overnight and any big news stories.

What does your typical day look like?

I’m always up around 5:30am so that I can be in the gym for around 6ish, I then have a clear mind for the rest of the day. The beauty of my days are that no two are ever the same. I’m currently working on a soft launch of CheekyBoo in London so arranging meetings & working on the launch is certainly keeping me busy. We are also actively looking for further investment, so again, this is taking up a lot of my time at the moment.

Which app can’t you live without?

Twitter. Although I don’t actually tweet very much myself I like keeping up to date with all the latest news stories, including sports where I pay particular attention to Arsenal and F1.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I spend the majority of my free time with my partner Mel, where we enjoy seeing friends and spending time with our families. We also both love to travel so whenever we have time off we are normally somewhere abroad.

Who is your professional inspiration?

Probably Richard Branson. To have created the businesses he has and with such value and diversity is truly inspiring.

What is your favourite film?

I’m not really someone who has watched a serious amount of films but I’d probably have to say ‘Senna’ – being the true F1 geek that I am!!

What TV show/s are you currently watching?

I’ve recently been watching The Tribe on Channel 4 & Kevin Macleod’s Extreme Living. I also really enjoyed the series Bear Grylls has done recently too.

What’s on your music playlist at the moment?

At the moment I have a few Ministry of Sound compilations which are great for the gym. Away from the gym I like listening to a varied mix of genres including dance, house & R&B.

Outside of dating, which brand do you admire the most?

It would have to be Virgin & Apple.

Who should we follow on Twitter?

Ha, I have to say @Cheekyboo_app.

Best advice you have received?

“Never stop believing” – it’s so hard starting out on your own & it’s very easy to give up, but if you believe that what you are doing is right & can be successful, then just go for it & keep going.

Do you have any productivity tips?

Never let the doubters win!!
