Scamalytics Launches Report Scammer Service to Public

Scamalytics is well-known in the dating industry for being the premier scammer detection API.

It is now looking to expand its intelligence network by getting the public involved to report scammers.

Scammer victims and vigilant daters can now report scammer profiles they encounter on any site or app by simply visiting: https://scamalytics.com/report-scammers/

They first trialled their service by sharing it on Scamsurvivors forum pages and this has proved very successful.

When the public reports a scammer this immediately feeds into the Scamalytics database to immediately alert clients of potential new scammers if not already marked suspicious.

Nick Tsinonis, co-founder and CEO, explains the importance the power of public reporting: “Scamalytics deals directly with the online dating industry to prevent romance scams. In our findings, every reported scammer can prevent over 150 people on average get scammed.”

Scamalytics is also an associate member of the Online Dating Association and works closely with the Datesafe Working Group to advise on how to help prevent fraud in the dating industry by getting police, the public and dating companies involved.
