Barry Diller Talks IAC Restructuring & Match.com’s ‘Rock Solid’ Brand

IAC’s Chairman recently appeared on Bloomberg, talking about the recent IAC restructuring following the Match Group’s spin-off last year.

Diller said the shake-up was simply part of an ongoing evolution of the company, in order to streamline the business internally, rather than for any external purposes.

The Chairman revealed that IAC still owns 85% of The Match Group, while giving some insights into how Match.com’s brand has remained “rock solid” for over 15 years, something that includes a “ton of marketing” expenditure.
