Coffee Meets Bagel Finally Launches On Android

One-match-a-day dating app Coffee Meets Bagel has just launched on Android.

Although they have been live on iOS since August 2013, the company said that 40% of users were still accessing the app through mobile web.

The app finds you potential matches from the friends of your Facebook friends, and sends you one match — or bagel — every day at noon.

Singles then have a time limit to decide whether to like or pass on the match, and if both parties like each other, they can chat in-app.

Coffee Meets Bagel also gives you an offer for a discounted date in your city, if you confirm interest in your match.

And with the launch, Coffee Meets Bagel are giving Android users 1,000 fee “beans” – their virtual currency used to unlock premium features.

The app will also be featured on US entrepreneurial TV show Shark Tank, where investors decide whether to fund products.
