Hinge has revealed its new list of the most eligible professionals on the dating app.
Hinge’s campaign, which is turning into a regular feature, sees them list the most eligible singles by profession, much like Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list.
Tinder recently created a speed networking feature for a forthcoming standalone 30 Under 30 app from Forbes.
Hinge’s top singles are grouped into industries such as tech, finance, retail, entertainment & art, policy & law and education.
The candidates were chosen based on attractiveness – calculated by their swipe right rates – along with their success in their career, and the education they’ve received.
Each category lists 30 singles, and you can also view the eligible professionals by city, split between San Francisco and New York.
If singles want to nominate their friends for the next campaign, they should tag them with the hashtag #hingemosteligible.
The idea is a nice brand reinforcement tool by Hinge, showing what constitutes a “top” Hinge user – a successful young professional – and therefore setting itself apart from more all-encompassing dating apps like Tinder.
