Online adultery site Ashley Madison has a new TV show in the works.

Ashley Madison will team up with marblemedia and U.S. partner Out East Entertainment to produce the show, which will be a scripted drama.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Biderman said the show will explore the “taboo world of extramarital affairs in the digital age and how they evolve.”

“We’d all liked to have been a fly on the wall as Monica Lewinsky and Bill Clinton fooled around in the Oval Office, and we’d all loved to have been there when Tiger Woods bedded mistress after mistress,” Biderman said.

However the drama will use information gleaned from the online behaviour of their members, telling the story of “ordinary” cheaters: “this is about your best friend. This is your neighbour, this is your school teacher”, said the Ashley Madison CEO.

The as-yet-unnamed show will also feature a character based on Biderman, who runs a cheating site, but does not cheat.

“Here we are, this corporation run by a married guy with a family who himself has all these challenges in marriage and is helping millions of people have affairs,” he said.

Toronto-based production company marblemedia said they are close to securing a head writer for the show.
