Badoo Creative Team Unveils New Design Website

The design team at Badoo has created its own website to showcase the behind the scenes work that keeps some of the biggest dating apps in the world running.

badoo.design welcomes new visitors by explaining that Badoo dating apps are used by over 550 million people around the world. The team of 15 is currently looking to grow, advertising several new vacancies.

The homepage highlights the brands’ recent media coverage, as well as some high-profile marketing movements and product redesigns.

On the ‘Projects’ tab it goes into more detail about some of these campaigns, such as Chappy’s ‘Don’t Be A Dick’, and shows off the company’s famous office parties and corporate events.

The team explains its seven-step daily design process, which goes from planning and discovery all the way through to building and testing, marketing and launch. They also assure the reader that they all work with a strong “GSD Attitude” (Get S*** Done).

The website suggests that new hires will need to fit in with the company’s five main values: Autonomy and Collaboration, Hard Work, Growth, Openness and Ownership.

The Badoo Group created a new piece of AI software last month to warn users when a match has potentially sent them an unwanted sexual image.
