Henning Rönneberg to Leave ParshipMeet Group
Henning Rönneberg, CFO and COO of ParshipMeet Group, will be leaving the company in early April. In his 15 years of service at the company, Rönneberg played a key role in major business developments, including the acquisitions of eharmony, The Meet Group, and ElitePartner.
Rönneberg will be departing the company on April 8th, with David Lorbacher, Deputy CFO taking over his responsibilities on an interim basis.
In his time at the company, Rönneberg was an important figure in ParshipMeet Group’s buy-and-build strategy, which helped the company to become one of the top online dating providers in the world. The company operates dating platforms including eharmony, Parship, Elite Partner, LOVOO, and Tagged.
“More than 15 years ago, I started a fantastic journey at ParshipMeet Group. I am proud to have contributed to the company’s success story over many years as part of an outstanding team. ParshipMeet Group is in good hands with its leadership team, so this is a good time for me to move on”, he shared in a recent statement.

Henning Rönneberg was featured in Global Dating Insights’ Finance & Investor Report 2023, which highlighted the top finance professionals in the online dating industry.
Rönneberg joined Parship in 2008, eventually becoming CFO & COO of ParshipMeet Group after its formation. The company highlighted that its revenues increased from EUR 54 million to EUR 434 million during Rönneberg’s 15 years of service.
“I regret that Henning is leaving us, but I respect his decision to, after 15 successful years, set other priorities going forward. Working together with Henning for almost 13 years and the great level of trust that shaped our cooperation has been a huge benefit for me personally”, said Marc Schachtel, CEO of ParshipMeet Group.
