LeanPlum has announced that it is expanding by opening a new European HQ in Amsterdam.
The expansion is set to help the company to drive mobile growth and build longer-lasting customer relationships.
The new HQ office is also meant to strengthen a commitment to the European marketplace, where the likes of Tesco, Talpa Media and Next Games are among its clients.
Co-founder and CEO of Leanplum, Momchil Kyurkchiev said: “The mobile economy in Europe is seeing tremendous growth, driving billions of dollars for brands. From social networks to entertainment to mobile commerce, the region represents one of the most engaged mobile populations in the world. In Europe, enterprises are in need of a mobile platform like Leanplum to help them scale real-time engagement, meet growing privacy requirements like GDPR, and deliver mobile growth strategies in fast-changing markets.”
With Leanplum currently having offices in London and a large team in Sofia, Bulgaria, the new Amsterdam office will serve as the company’s regional headquarters.
Europe has the highest level of mobile user engagement by region, according to GSMA. It is also home to five of the top 10 most engaged countries in the world.
Oliver Stein, General Manager, Leanplum Europe said: “Europe has evolved into a mobile-first economy, which presents an incredible growth opportunity for marketers. We’re building a strong team of mobile experts who understand the unique pain points of marketers from region to region. Not only does the team speak seven languages between them — Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese — but they are available to provide on-the-ground support and respond to unique client needs in real-time.”
Leanplum is also currently building a new marketing cloud, to help brands drive meaningful customer relationships.
