LOVOO has won the ‘Best Snap Campaign’ prize at last week’s virtual ceremony for the App Growth Awards, hosted by the App Promotion Summit.
The Dresden-based dating app released ‘LOVOO Snap Lenses’ as a way to generate new installs and sign ups from Snapchat. Prospective users could send images and videos to their friends surrounded by hearts, which also included a link to download.
The campaign was deemed to be a success, with 6 million unique impressions generated in Germany and France. Overall, it led to more than 3,000 new app installs.

LOVOO had three nominations in total, which also included ‘Growth Team Of The Year’ and ‘App Marketer Of The Year’ for Saket Toshniwal.
In October , LOVOO also won its second-consecutive ‘Best Workplace Award’ for small and medium-sized companies.
The brand has just unveiled its brand new management team, with Maria Wanninger taking over as Managing Director. She is joined by Darshan Sheth as COO, and Claudio Di Vincenzo as CFO.
